*You will receive the water, Radon, and CO2 results the day of the inspection. The presence of mold results will be received 3 days after. If the test is positive, the mold specific results will be rushed to the testing station and usually come back in a few days.
Your personal digital copy of the inspection will be emailed to you complete with a quick reference page of major defects with photos using the latest Home Inspection Report program. We also run software to check for recalled appliances.
